Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Duties

• Perform housekeeping management tasks to ensure all guest areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct industrial cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Execute custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Carry out floor care responsibilities including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
